Whistling Elk Outdoors Ranch offers over 4000 acres of beautifully forested mountain land with meadows, aspen groves, hiking trails and fly fishing ponds to explore. Elk, moose, deer, fox and other Colorado wildlife viewing can be done throughout the guest ranch. Bird watchers may glimpse raptors overhead while hikers will enjoy a variety of wild flowers in the spring and summer. Horse enthusiasts will enjoy horse trail rides, experience the old west in our stagecoach or try out our new indoor riding arena! Snow shoeing, sledding and cross country skiing are favorites in the winter months. Play a game of pool or sing songs around the campfire in the evening before retiring to one of our rental cabins.
